Flea market in Opbrakel on August 21st 2014

On initiative of sister Germaine one participated in the flea market in the home Sint-Franciscus in Opbrakel. It became an annual habit which brings a lot of people together.

Report of the action

In the morning the preparation of the sales booth took place in the cafeteria of the home Sint Franciscus.
Normally this activity takes place in the garden but since the weather conditions were unstable one opted for a ‘in-house’ activity. Given the spacious hall this was no problem.

A cacophony of conviviality at the opening at 2pm.
It turned into a family party as lot of the residents of the home got company of their family members. With a snack and a drink it was very cosy.

The collected money of the flea market was donated to 'Vleugels van Hoop' to support their ongoing projects.
